Summary

My name is David Lewandowski, and I am currently a Teaching Professor of Business Law in the Management Department at the University of Nevada. I am deeply committed to helping others succeed. For over 15 years, I have assisted entrepreneurs and business owners across the full lifecycle of their businesses—from entity formation and governance, through growth, financing, and strategic transactions, to successful exits. In the classroom, I integrate student-centered learning approaches and challenge students to think critically and engage deeply with the analytical judgment, risk assessment, and practical problem-solving required in modern business environments.

My teaching philosophy is grounded in the "Mamba Mentality": the belief that excellence develops through relentless work ethic, preparation, and the drive to be the best version of yourself. I find deep satisfaction in supporting students' growth, building their confidence, and encouraging students to set ambitious goals and pursue them with intention—both academically and beyond. By helping students find their passion and gain confidence in themselves, I hope to empower students to lead with purpose and, ultimately, inspire the next generation to do the same.
