Interfolio

Interfolio is a faculty information system designed to support faculty evaluation. The University of Nevada, Reno uses two unique Interfolio modules: Faculty180 and Review, Promotion, and Tenure (RPT).

Faculty180

Faculty180 is Interfolio’s Faculty Activity Reporting (FAR) system, in which faculty can add, edit, and update records relevant to teaching; research, scholarly, creative, and entrepreneurial activities; and service. A number of integrations populate faculty accounts with course data (from PeopleSoft), personnel data (from Workday), and grants and contracts data (from OSPA). Faculty can also use Interfolio to create reports necessary for annual evaluation, role statements, and CVs. Administrators can use Faculty180 to run various reports for their respective academic units.

Review, Promotion, and Tenure (RPT)

RPT is Interfolio’s online workflow system for faculty evaluation. Currently, the University utilizes RPT for annual evaluation of academic faculty. Within RPT, faculty can manage their evaluation packets, which can then be reviewed by committees, chairs, deans, and any others involved in the evaluation process in a given unit. RPT will serve as the campus-wide repository for all completed annual evaluations.
