Road Closure for Construction of Traffic Circle at East Stadium Way and 17th Street

Construction of a traffic circle at the intersection of 17th Street and East Stadium Way will begin on Wednesday, December 28, 2016. The contractor will core pavement and install pavers, relocate traffic signs, and paint crosswalks. This work requires a temporary road closure and vehicle re-routing. Please click to see map for details. Detour signage will be provided at affected access points.

·         East Stadium Way, traveling north, will be closed. Traffic will be rerouted through the parking lots.
·         The shuttle stop in front of the Family Medicine Center will remain open.
·         Silver 10 permit holders will be unable to park on the west side of the Family Medicine Center. Parking will be available in other Silver 10 lots, including the Silver 10 next to the rose garden, adjacent to the closed lot.
·         Vehicles and pedestrians will be unable to access the campus via this road and will be required to use alternate access.

There will be dust and noise associated with this construction work.

Winter break parking exceptions

During the winter break (Monday 12/26/16 - Friday 1/20/17), any valid permit may park in Blue, Green, Yellow 1 and the Silver 17 zone located in the West Stadium Parking Complex and at meters (excluding meters designated as 30 minute, 45 minute, or "Enforced 24/7". These exceptions do not apply to Circus Circus or Free Carpool Permits.

Spring 2017 permit sales

Starting at 8AM on Friday December 16th, Wintermester, RTC Wolfpass Bus passes, and general permits will be available for sale.

Bus passes will be released/mailed out starting on Monday December 19th.

Vehicle parking passes will be mailed out starting Monday January 9th, 2017. Permits marked as hold for pick-up will be released on Tuesday January 17th, 2017. A valid photo ID is required to pick up the permit.
