On-demand ride service

Pack Rides offers safe, on-demand rides to and from campus for academic activities
Monday through Friday from 5 to 10 p.m.
during Fall and Spring semesters.

Use our mobile app to quickly request a ride when you need it.

Retail shopping shuttle

PackRides also offers a continuous shuttle on weekends during Fall and Spring semesters that picks up from campus and takes you to the WinCo and Walmart shopping centers. Please see below for our hours of operation and shuttle stops.

Saturday retail schedule

  • Hours: 12-4 p.m.
  • Pickup locations: Ponderosa Village bus stop and Jot Travis parking lot
  • Dropoff location: WinCo Foods (2855 Northtowne Ln.)

Sunday retail schedule

  • Hours: 12-4 p.m.
  • Pickup locations: Ponderosa Village bus stop and Jot Travis parking lot
  • Dropoff location: Walmart Supercenter (5260 W. Seventh St.)

How to use PackTransport

  1. Sign in with your University NetID and password.
  2. Select the “Where to?” search bar near the top of your screen
  3. Search for your drop-off and select it
  4. Search for your pick-up location and select it
  5. Enter the total number of passengers
  6. Toggle if you need ADA or bicycle accommodations
  7. Review your trip details
  8. Confirm and book

Need to cancel a ride?

  1. Select the “Cancel Ride” button at the top right of your screen
  2. Confirm cancelation
