Professor Bickert is currently a lecturer that teaches Business Communication: Developing Leaders for a Networked World (MGT 321). Her expertise is in leadership, specifically in youth-serving organizations. She has over 10 years of experience leading teams and facilitating training sessions in leadership development, volunteer management, communications, conflict management, and program coordination. Professor Bickert has taught Organizational Behavior & Interpersonal Communication (MGT 323), as well as the elective course Volunteer Management and Leadership (BUS 400).
