Dr. Brighid Fronapfel is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst-Doctoral (BCBA-D) and Licensed Behavior Analyst in the State of Nevada with expertise in early intervention, autism, and related disabilities. She earned her Ph.D. in Psychology with an emphasis in Behavior Analysis from Western Michigan University. While studying at Western Michigan Dr. Fronapfel served as the Practicum Coordinator for the Behavior Analysis Training System, a Supervisor at WoodsEdge Learning Center, a Graduate Therapist for the Community Mental Health Psychological Consultation Team, and Temporary-Limited-Licensed-Psychologist at Neuropsychology Associates. Dr. Fronapfel has over ten years of experience working in the field of early intervention, and held positions for organizations such as Therapeutic Pathways and the Kendall School in Modesto, California, Washoe County School District and the UNR Early Childhood Autism Program in Reno, Nevada.

Dr. Fronapfel was the recipient of the First Place Award for Student Research from the Verbal Behavior Special Interest Group in the Association for Behavior Analysis in 2007 for her thesis entitled Establishing a Generalized Autoclitic Repertoire in Young Children Diagnosed with Autism, and a recipient of the Society for the Advancement of Behavior Analysis Student Presenter Grant from the Association for Behavior Analysis in 2011 for her dissertation entitled Teaching Language to Young Children with Developmental Disabilities Using a Combined Direct Reinforcement and Stimulus-Stimulus Pairing Procedure. Dr. Fronapfel's research has been presented at numerous professional conferences such as the California Association for Behavior Analysis, the Association for Behavior Analysis, the Annual Association for Behavior Analysis Autism Conference, and the Michigan Association for Behavior Analysis. Dr. Fronapfel's current research interests are ethics, early intervention, language acquisition (verbal behavior), behavior analysis in educational settings, and teacher training.
