Alternate Route to Licensure Program
We are offering a newly state of Nevada approved ARL Program for special education teachers who need licensure in Autism, Intellectual Disabilities, Generalist and Early Childhood Special Education.
Alternate Route to Licensure FAQ's
- Will the licensure courses count in a Masters Degree? Yes, if you apply to a M.Ed. program in the College of Education.
- Can I work with an advisor? Absolutely, we can help you every step of the way.
- Are there online course options? Yes, we have fully online, hybrid and face to face course offerings
- How long will it take to complete the licensure courses? If you take two courses per semester, including summer you can finish in two years or less.
- 5. Do I have to start the program in the fall or can I wait until spring? We can personalize your program. Our goal is to enhance your teaching.
