Summary
Nichol moved to Las Vegas in 2019 to focus on her customer service career, but she quickly switched gears and went back to school for her paralegal degree, which she will receive in 2021. In 2020 she got married and has a 20-year-old Chihuahua. She finds it rewarding working for NATRC to find technology for those who need it and find NCED's services helpful.
