Meat Science Club
Our club focuses on offering everyone the opportunity to experience all aspects of meat science. From microbiology to meat quality, we offer members many academic and professional development opportunities including (but not limited to): attendance to exclusive conferences in the industry, hands-on demonstrations and cooking competitions, and tours of meat industry facilities. This club is a unique opportunity for any students from any major to learn more about this fascinating field! The club is also a great way for students interested in agriculture science, animal agriculture, and veterinary sciences to gain more knowledge and insight about their field.
Meetings take place every other Monday at 7 p.m. in Fleischman Agriculture 109
