CircleIn resources for students

All courses are created on CircleIn each semester. When you login to CircleIn you should see all of your current courses and any organizations/groups.

CircleIn gives you access to an optimized group chat for your course(s) to help you find study material faster, rather than scrolling through chat history to find helpful resources, you can use the course outline to filter specific content, such as flashcards, or notes.

You can use the Messages tool to create a 1-on-1 or group chat with your classmates.

Once a group chat has been established, you can access a dedicated URL that can be emailed or texted to additional students for a convenient way to add additional members.

Content in this section is automatically shared with all students taking the same course, regardless of who the professor is. Study tools include flashcards, shared resources, notes, questions and library resources (this refers to the CircleIn course library not to be confused with the university library’s recourses). In the Course Outline, click the label of any row to see a filtered view of content in this category, or click the “+” symbol to the right of each item to create a new study tool in that category.

Stay organized and ahead of deadlines, keep track of overdue, in-progress, and upcoming tasks with the planner tool. Break down tasks into steps and create a task for each step which can then be organized chronologically or priority.

Communities are groups that can be created around a particular function or interest. By clicking on “Request Community,” students can request to have a community created based on their interest or group.

Every study action in CircleIn awards points. These points can then be redeemed for gift cards. Different study actions equate to different points. More information on how many points are earned for each study action is available on the CircleIn website.
