Grants-in-aid and insurance waiver rates

Please note: Please complete and print the online grants-in-aid application for Fall 2021 and forward.  The completed application must be initialed and signed by the employee and a supervisor (if applicable a signature line will be listed in the printout).  The form can be returned to Human Resources electronically using “scan and email” or Docusign processes.  Please email forms to grantinaid@unr.edu,  Campus mail or deliver at the Human Resources Offices at Artemisia Road remain acceptable as well. Undergraduate and graduate rates

These rates apply to employees, spouses/domestic partners, and financially dependent children.

Graduate assistant tuition and insurance waiver rates

The student's portion constitutes all remaining costs after the waiver has been applied. The student must pay their portion before the deadline each semester to avoid late fees.
