In-state tuition rates for postdoctoral scholars and medical staff

Please note: Please complete and print the online grants-in-aid application for Fall 2021 and forward.  The completed application must be initialed and signed by the employee and a supervisor (if applicable a signature line will be listed in the printout).  The form can be returned to Human Resources electronically using “scan and email” or Docusign processes.  Please email forms to grantinaid@unr.edu,  Campus mail or deliver at the Human Resources Offices at Artemisia Road remain acceptable as well. Postdoctoral scholars

Employees working half time or more and their spouse and dependent children will be considered in-state residents for tuition purposes.

Other information

Employees and their qualifying family members must provide a copy of the current Payroll Action Form (PAF), copy of documentation proving they are a qualifying family member (i.e. marriage document or birth certificate or adoption document) and picture ID to Admissions and Records in order to receive in-state resident tuition. There is no form that Human Resources completes for the employee or family members.
