Note: The ComPsych Guidance Resources Program serves all BCN institutions except the University of Nevada, Reno.
Employees at the University of Nevada, Reno should use the Mountain EAP program.
It is the policy of the Nevada System of Higher Education to provide an Employee Assistance Program (EAP) that is designed to help employees and their families through personal difficulties.
The EAP is designed to treat many types of problems and is accessible by phone twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week. The EAP program is a confidential assessment and referral service specifically designed to assist employees and families in handling personal and work-related issues.

This NSHE-sponsored EAP benefit is available to you and your family members at no cost and gives you someone to talk to when life’s challenges threaten to overwhelm you. The program is staffed by experienced, caring clinicians who are available by phone or online 24 hours a day, seven days a week. All services are confidential.
