Dimensions of wellness
The Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA) has identified eight dimensions of wellness. Each dimension is interconnected; the goal is to find balance in all dimensions to holistically support you as you strive toward your own optimal health and wellness.
