Federal consumer information
As a condition of providing Title IV federal student aid funds to their students, the Higher Education Act of 1965 (HEA), as amended, along with other statutes, expects and requires postsecondary educational institutions to report and disclose certain consumer information to prospective students and employees, currently enrolled students, students' parents and employees. The purpose of this consumer information is to help students and employees make informed decisions regarding their education or employment.

Fire log
- A fire log is maintained by the University Police Services Records Section in accordance with the Clery Act. The fire log is available to be viewed by the public at the University Police Services office in the Fitzgerald Student Services Building Monday – Friday 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. (excluding holidays on which university offices are closed). Please contact our office if you have an immediate need to view the log.
