Sara Jones was born and raised in the East Bay Area of California. She moved from her hometown to attend the University of Nevada, Reno, where Sara earned her B.A. in Criminal Justice and International Affairs (Diplomacy, Law, and Organizations), with a minor in Philosophy (Ethics, Law, and Politics). She is currently studying to take the LSAT and hopes to go into international law in the future.
During her employment with the Northern Nevada International Center, she has worked on the Study of U.S. Institutes (SUSI), the International Visitors Leadership Program (IVLP), and the Youth Leadership Program with Algeria (YLPA). In her free time, Sara enjoys learning to oil paint, reading copious amounts of books, doodling pictures for her coworkers, and taking road trips with her friends to new places.
