Summary
Kevin Hyunjae Sung is originally from South Korea and studied abroad in Canada and China. Kevin joined the NNIC in June 2019 after spending two years as a Student Support Specialist at the Intensive English Language Center at the University of Nevada, Reno.
As the International Development Specialist, Kevin identifies and tracks federal and private educational and cultural exchange opportunities and conceptualizes and develops international exchange program themes and objectives with domestic and international partners. Kevin has worked for the International Visitor Leadership Program (IVLP), the International Institute for Korea, the Young Leaders of the Americas Initiative (YLAI) and many other federally and privately funded programs. Kevin obtained his B.A. in International Affairs from the University of Nevada, Reno, and his M.A. in International Education Management from the Middlebury Institute of International Studies at Monterey.
