The Center for Student Engagement seeks non-profit and government organizations who wish to join as co-educators by providing valuable opportunities for student involvement. If you have opportunities for students to participate in the work of your organization, please consider partnering with the Center for Student Engagement. In order to participate in civic learning and democratic engagement (CLDE), it's important to know what all the components mean. Here a list of commonly used terms in civic learning and democratic engagement.
The University of Nevada, Reno is a part of the community of practice for Hispanic-Serving Institutions (HSIs). The Community of Practice hosts monthly conversations focused on supporting the involvement of HSIs in the ALL IN program and more broadly, increasing nonpartisan democratic engagement at these institutions.
