Ph.D. in Economic Geology He/him/his

Summary

I received a B.S. in Geology in 2023 and a M.S. in Geology in 2025 from CSU Chico. During my undergraduate career, my research interests ranged from heavy metal transport, carlin-style mineralization, geochemistry, and magma modeling. During my master's I interned for the California Geological Survey under the Mineral Resources Group and my thesis focused on the formation of an IOCG deposit using a variety of methods including machine learning, various thermometries and copper isotopes.

In the Fall of 2025, I joined the Center for Research in Economic Geology under the advisement of Dr. Simon Jowitt. My research focuses on molybdenum and tungsten mineralization within Nevada.
