Merit based gift aid ('Free money') for Nevada students aims to help them succeed
Scholarships are monetary awards given based on merit and, in some cases, financial need.
The University offers merit scholarships based on your academic information submitted for admission.
Nevada's colleges also have scholarships to offer. Continuing students must complete the Graduate & Undergraduate Scholarship Application in MyNEVADA Supplemental Forms annually between Oct. 1 and Feb. 1!
Many students receive scholarships from private and community organizations. We encourage donors to send checks to the University for disbursement to the student. This ensures that the student is enrolled and that the funds are used for educational expenses.
