Consent process aids

Research Integrity & Security has developed an Informed Consent Self-Assessment Tool to promote the ethical and compliant conduct of the consent process. The tool covers verification by the research team that the informed consent process, informed consent documentation, and consent form storage meet typical IRB requirements. The tool is available upon request, and may be adapted by investigators to reflect the specifics of their particular study.
