Summary
Travis Garrett is the Coordinator for Executive Operations at the Honors College. In this role, he oversees fiscal and HR operations, team leadership, and event coordination.
Travis earned his BA in Communication Studies from the University of Nevada, Reno, where he focused on crisis management and conflict resolution. During his time there, he actively participated in organizations such as the University Gaming Club and the Communications Studies Honor Society.
He also brings 17 years of corporate experience, having worked at various Costco locations across the country as an operations trainer and, most recently, as a member of the management team at one of the busiest Costco locations in the world.
Outside of work, Travis is a passionate advocate for mental health and an enthusiastic gamer. He considers himself a “student of life” who values everyday opportunities to learn and connect with others.
