Summary
Carrie Bushá joined the University of Nevada, Reno in 2014. She is a seasoned project management and communications professional with years of experience aligning the interests of diverse groups. Carrie works with a team of college grant coordinators to work closely with principal investigators in training and multi-disciplinary collaboration, ensuring highly-competitive proposal submissions. She identifies funding opportunities that align with the division’s strategic goals and ensures the University’s most qualified researchers are well-positioned to submit compelling proposals. Before joining Research & Innovation, she served as assistant director of alumni relations, editing the Nevada Silver & Blue alumni magazine, and managing the alumni chapter and marketing/membership programs.
