Priority booking timeline

Priority booking process will consist of two major cycles:

• Cycle I – Commencement celebrations (two academic year range)
• Cycle II – Annual events (one academic year range)

These requests will be processed in two tiers according to the below listed timeline.

Cycle I – Commencement ceremonies

Tier 1 – Academic ceremonies

• Portal Opens:  9:00am Monday, March 9, 2020
• Portal Closes: 12:00pm Wednesday, March 11, 2020

Tier 2 – Cultural and academic support ceremonies

• Portal Opens:  12:00pm Wednesday, March 11, 2020
• Portal Closes: 5:00pm Friday, March 13, 2020

Confirmation of Space:  Tuesday March 17, 2020

Cycle II – Annual events

Tier 1 – Major annual events

• Portal Opens:  9:00am Monday, April 6, 2020
• Portal Closes: 5:00pm Friday, April 10, 2020

Confirmation of Space:  Friday, April 17, 2020

Tier 2 - Annual events

• Portal Opens:  9:00am Monday, April 20, 2020
• Portal Closes: 5:00pm Friday, April 24, 2020

Confirmation of Space:  Friday, May 1, 2020

 JCSU programming and essential presidential events will be processed by Event Management directly, prior to the priority booking process.
