Event services and reservations
The Joe Crowley Student Union (JCSU) has a variety of meeting and event spaces available for request by recognized student organizations and campus groups. Hosting your event in the Joe provides you with the opportunity to utilize a variety of services. For accessibility assistance with reservations, please contact the Event Management office. See below for information to help guide you in planning your event.
Please note that from January 2-18, our meeting and event spaces are unavailable due to building maintenance. We apologize for any inconvenience. The Joe resumes normal operations on January 19.

Co-sponsor with the Joe
The JCSU provides opportunities for underrepresented and marginalized student groups and campus departments to co-sponsor their events. Co-sponsorship has the potential to include custom designs for marketing materials, cost of event staffing, and assistance in planning your event. Please fill out the Co-Sponsorship Agreement Form to be reviewed by the JCSU team.
Facility usage guidelines
The Facility Usage Guidelines are intended to outline standard expectations and procedures for use of the Joe Crowley Student Union. These procedures are intended to facilitate the fair allocation and efficient use of the Student Union facilities. Additional procedures for specific events may also apply. Please contact the Event Management Office of the Joe Crowley Student Union at (775) 784-6505 to discuss individual event/meeting needs.
