SEC Open House
The Staff Employees' Council's Open House is an annual event held in the spring. It is an opportunity for our local vendors, University departments, and community organizations to come to campus and introduce themselves to the staff of the University. This event provides vendors an occasion to show support and appreciation to the people on campus who purchase or utilize the goods and services they provide. There are no direct sales during the SEC Open House.
Many of our local vendors who participate in the open house donate raffle prizes, provide samples or hand out information at the event. All classified staff is invited to attend. The event usually runs approximately four hours and is held in the Joe Crowley Student Union Ballrooms. Admission to the event is free for vendors and our employees who wish to attend.

The University President has granted all classified employees one hour of paid administrative leave to attend this event.
