Classified Employee of the Month award

The Classified Employee of the Month award recognizes classified staff who:

• Show excellence and innovation in their work at the University
• Demonstrate outstanding achievement, contribution and performance in their roles and beyond their own offices
• Inspire and support the success of others
• Are selected through a fair review process that considers all eligible staff

Award recipients receive:

• Five swipes to Pack Place from Nevada Dining
• A 30-day membership to the E.L. Wiegand Fitness Center
• Two complimentary tickets to an athletic event (excluding premium games)
• A Wolf Shop discount
• Two complimentary tickets to a production in the Proscenium Theatre
• Two complimentary tickets to the Fleischmann Planetarium

Eligibility

• Nominee must be a full or part-time classified staff member at the University of Nevada, Reno
• Must have been employed for at least one year
• May work at any University location
• Must not have received this award in the past twelve months

Nomination process

• Draft a nomination letter in Microsoft Word addressed to the SEC that explains why your nominee deserves this award
• Complete the nomination form below with your information, the nominee’s information and your nomination letter
