Design and Manufacturing

Research in design and manufacturing includes machine design, traditional metal manufacturing processes (e.g., metal cutting and metal forming), additive manufacturing techniques (e.g., cold spray and material extrusion), web handling, polymer processing, ultrafast laser processing, smart shoe manufacturing, coating technology and rolling contact analysis.
