If you feel your immediate safety is at risk, if you are a witness to physical violence or suspect imminent danger to yourself or others, please call 911 immediately.
The health and safety of our fraternity and sorority community is important to our University. Reporting any potentially harmful incident is the first step to keep our community safe.
Report hazing
Hazing has no place within a community of scholars. If you would like to report an incident of hazing, you can submit a report to the Office of Student Conduct. Hazing is defined as any method of initiation into or affiliation with the university, college or community college community, a student organization, a sports team, an academic association, or other group engaged in by an individual that intentionally or recklessly endangers another individual.

Report sexual harassment/assault
Our office strives to ensure that every member of the Pack is treated with dignity and respect. If you would like to report an incident of sexual violence, harassment, or assault, you can submit a report to the Title IX Office.
