Same-day and immediate support
These services are designed to help students get support right away, whether they’re experiencing a crisis, need to talk something through quickly or want a brief, informal space to decompress. They offer fast access to care so students don’t have to wait when something feels urgent.
Crisis (in person or on call)
Crisis services provide immediate support for students experiencing urgent mental health concerns, with walk‑in and phone assistance available during business hours and after‑hours crisis lines for nights and weekends.
Same-day sessions
Same‑day sessions are 40–50 minute, solution‑focused appointments released each weekday morning, giving students timely access to mental health support for both crisis and non‑crisis concerns.
Let's Talk
Let’s Talk offers free, private, drop‑in consultations where students can receive brief support, ask questions and get guidance from a Counseling Services staff member without starting ongoing therapy.
Virtual relaxation room
The Virtual Relaxation Room offers guided exercises and grounding techniques to help students calm their mind and body during moments of stress or overwhelm.
