Panhellenic Council

The Panhellenic Council (PHC) is the governing body and policy-making organization of the University of Nevada, Reno sorority community. PHC’s primary purpose is to coordinate the efforts of the individual sororities in matters of recruitment, service, scholarship, philanthropy, and University relations.
