Council for Accreditation of Counseling and Related Educational Programs (CACREP)

The Counseling programs have been given the counseling profession's highest seal of approval. The Counseling Department has met the rigorous national standards of the Council for Accreditation of Counseling and Related Educational Programs (CACREP), which ensures that our graduates receive a superior education.

Program Resources

University of Nevada, Reno - Counseling and department has been approved as an Approved Continuing Education Provider, ACEP No. 3048. Programs that do not qualify for NBCC credit are clearly identified. University of Nevada, Reno - Counseling Department is solely responsible for all aspects of the programs.
