The University of Nevada, Reno is a member of the Online Learning Consortium (OLC). OLC is a collaborative community of higher education leaders and innovators, dedicated to advancing quality digital teaching and learning experiences designed to reach and engage the modern learner.

Quality Matters
The University of Nevada, Reno is also a member of Quality Matters, an internationally recognized leader in quality assurance in online learning. QM provides a rubric for quality online courses that was used in part to develop the University Standards for Digital Instruction. QM also provides a number of professional development and training opportunities to members (at a cost and free options exist).
