What will I learn in a bachelor's degree in management program?

Traditionally, management includes the following activities: planning, organizing, leading and controlling. More specifically, management is responsible for the primary activities of the firm, and also responsible for the support activities of infrastructure, human resource management, technology development and procurement. Management majors are prepared for careers in either general management, the specialization of human resource management or entrepreneurship based on concentration choice.

Learning outcomes

With a bachelor's degree in management, students will be able to:

  • Possess analytical and critical thinking skills.
  • Effectively communicate within a business environment.
  • Use information technology to support business analysis and operations.
