The Neuromechanics laboratory conducts concussion baseline and post-injury screening for free or for a nominal cost. A full list of costs will be provided upon request for an evaluation.
This testing includes an assessment of balance, vision, and cognition. It takes approximately 60 minutes to complete; however, times may vary based on your individual needs. During your appointment, if you do not have a physician involved in your care, we are happy to provide a list and/or a referral to our numerous collaborating community partners.
Appointments can be requested by a physician, parent or patient. To schedule an appointment, please click the link below and when prompted, enter the “neurolab1133” for the appointment password.
Once the form is filled out, you will receive a request for an appointment from our staff via email. If you have not received an email within 24 hours (unless it is a weekend), please call (775) 682-8347. All patients under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a legal parent or guardian.
Non-contracted patients will be responsible for a $50 fee due at the time of your appointment.
