2023 Registration: $585 per camper

Due to limited space, registrations are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. Once we have reached capacity, future registrants will be placed on a waitlist.

Boys camp is full. We have started a waitlist for boys registrations. Full payment is required to join the waitlist. If space is not available, a full refund will be issued.

Students completing the 6th grade may participate with approval from the Camp Co-director, Daniel Barthel, before registration is accepted. To inquire, contact the camp office at ltmc@unr.edu or (775)-784-4278 and provide the student’s name, school name, band director and band director’s email and phone number.

Private Lessons (optional)

Up to two optional private lessons are available for $40 each. These can be purchased online at the time of registration or separately.  The last day to order lessons is June 1.

Payment is due at the time of registration.

Third party scholarship payments must be received by the camp office by May 1. Please be sure that your scholarship donor sends payment by this deadline. Camp registration includes a $30 non-refundable application fee. If camp is cancelled due to circumstances outside of our control, registered families will be notified as soon as possible and full refunds, including the application fee, will be issued.

Registration is a three-step process

Step 1: Online Registration

Complete your registration online.

Step 2: Policies and Handbook Review

All campers and their parent/legal guardian are required to read the Camp Handbook.

Step 3: forms and agreements

Complete and submit the following forms to the Lake Tahoe Music Camp office within two weeks of completing your online registration.

  1. Camper and Parent or Legal Guardian Agreement
  2. Health Form

Please note: If these forms have not been received within two weeks after online registration, your registration may be canceled and your money will be refunded, except for the non-refundable application fee. If this takes place after May 1, only half of the registration fee will be refunded.
