Campers arriving by plane
If you are arriving by plane, you will need to make arrangements to take the South Tahoe Airporter, which provides round-trip shuttle service from the Reno-Tahoe International Airport to South Lake Tahoe. Shuttles leave the airport at regularly scheduled times. Students should take the shuttle to the Lakeside Inn and Casino and then call the camp at (775) 588-0799 upon arrival. The Lakeside Inn and Casino is the first stop the shuttle makes at the lake. A staff member will pick up campers after 1 p.m. June 28, once the initial car traffic has been let in the gate. For more information, or to reserve your shuttle ticket in advance, call South Tahoe Airporter at 1-866-898-2463 or visit southtahoeairporter.com for online ticketing and schedules.
Lake Tahoe Music Camp staff will transport your camper back to the Lakeside Inn and Casino at the conclusion of camp and wait with them until the shuttle departs. All campers arriving by plane are required to complete an Arrival/Departure Form. Submit this form to LTMC office as soon as flight arrangements have been made, no later than May 29.
Campers driving themselves
Campers driving themselves to and from camp are not permitted to use their car while at camp. Should a camper drive off the campgrounds site before the end of camp, parents/legal guardians will be notified. Leaving camp without prior approval from the camp directors will result in immediate dismissal from camp. All campers driving themselves are required to complete an Arrival/Departure Form. Submit this form via email, mail or fax to the LTMC office no later than May 29.
