I am excited to be an intern for the Latino Research Center this semester. I hope to learn more about the kind of research being done in our community as well as uncover issues that Latinos in our community face. As a Mexican-American, I am passionate about promoting my culture and language in my community and on campus. My hobbies include reading and baking!
Estoy emocionada por trabajar con el centro de investigación latino este semestre. Espero aprender más sobre las investigaciones que ocurren en nuestra comunidad y también descubrir los obstáculos que los latinos enfrentan. Cómo mexicana-americana, me apasiona promover mi cultura e idioma con los latinos e hispanos en la Universidad de Nevada, Reno. ¡En mi tiempo libre, me gusta leer y hacer postres!
