Summary
Tyler is a plant ecologist whose research focuses on recruitment and growth dynamics of sub-alpine conifers within the Tahoe Basin and elsewhere in the Sierra Nevada. Tyler's research also explores the relationship between seed dispersers and spatial patterns in seed dispersal as a result of avian scatter-hoarding behavior.
