Affinity graduation celebrations

Graduating from college is a big deal not only for students but also for their loved ones. To celebrate this milestone moment in the lives of our students, The Multicultural Center hosts a number of Affinity graduation celebrations. Each celebration includes the gifting of a cord or a stole to highlight the identities and successes of our students.

After students apply for graduation, they will receive an email from The Multicultural Center with a link to RSVP. Graduating students who did not receive a link are encouraged to reach out to us at thecenter@unr.edu.

Faculty and staff are encouraged to attend the event to celebrate with our students and their loved ones.
