- Group/department name
- Event title
- Start time(s) of reservation
- End time(s) of reservation
- Multicultural Center staff member name (only if applicable for evening and weekend events as described below)
Evening and weekend events
Please be advised that events on weekends or after 5 p.m. on weekdays require one of our full-time or student staff members to be present. We recommend securing permission from one of our staff members prior to emailing us.
Student Events Advisory Board
Student groups holding meetings or events in The Multicultural Center are still required to submit an event form on Pack Life and attend a Student Events Advisory Board meeting, if necessary.
