Kind Pack Mentorship Program

The Kind Pack Mentorship Program is a mentor and mentee program that encompasses physical, mental, social, and community wellness.

The purpose of the program is to support lifelong success and cultivate kindness of self and community among students who come from historically minoritized identities (e.g. BIPOC, first-generation, LGBTQIA+, or low-income). Participants in the program are connected with education, practices and resources on mental, physical, social and community well-being.

Mentees participating in the program will:

  • Meet weekly with their peer mentors via hybrid meetings.
  • Connect with campus and community resources centered on mental, physical and social health.
  • Get access to toolkits related to different aspects of well-being.
  • Meet and build community with other students on campus.
