Jessica Garfield has more than 20 years of experience with grant-funded programs and research administration, with a focus on supporting mission-driven work in higher education. She has expertise in leading complex infrastructure grant operations and is well-versed in both pre- and post-award processes, compliance, policy development and faculty support.

Garfield has collaborated across institutions and throughout the country to build research infrastructure that is both efficient and responsive to the needs of investigators. She is passionate about championing underserved communities and creating systems that reduce administrative burdens on faculty, allowing them to focus on research and impact.
