Summary

Prior to joining the University of Nevada, Reno, Mburia was the Maternal and Child Health epidemiologist and the Pregnancy Risk Assessment Monitoring System (PRAMS) Project Coordinator at the Nevada Division of Public and Behavioral Health. Her research focuses on substance use during pregnancy and maternal and child health outcomes and associated disparities.
