Summary

Dr. Yimmee received her bachelor degree in nursing from Boromarajonani College of Nursing in Thailand. She worked as an ICU nurse and a preceptor/trainer for nursing students and junior nurses at a provincial hospital. After completing her master degree majoring nursing administration from Chulalongkorn University in Thailand; she served in an executive role of head of Educational Services and Personnel Development. Her responsibilities included total quality management (TQM) and being the hospital’s special projects coordinator. Dr. Yimmee moved into the nursing faculty role later on teaching at the undergraduate and graduate levels. She received her PhD in nursing from Kent State University in Ohio.
