Summary

Elizabeth Cook, MSN, RN, received a Bachelor of Science in Nursing in 2011. She received a Master of Science in Nursing Education at Walden University in 2015. Cook has worked in critical care settings as a cardiac ICU RN, telemetry RN and PACU RN. She also has experience in home health as an RN and in pediatric oncology as a CNA. Cook has spent the last ten years in nursing education, teaching at Carrington College, Unitek, and now, proudly, at the University of Nevada, Reno since 2024. Teaching future nurses has become one of the most meaningful parts of her career. She is passionate about teaching and wants to make a positive impact in the community by educating and mentoring the next generation of nurses.
