Leah grew up inspired by stories of her grandmother’s nursing career. Now, as a student at the Orvis School of Nursing, she’s preparing for a future in the cardiac ICU where compassion meets critical thinking.
While the University of Nevada, Reno supports her academic goals with hands-on clinical experience, Leah also finds balance through the University’s equestrian club team, where she reconnects with her passion for horses and clears her mind.
