MAJ Ryanmay Orolfo enlisted in the Guard in 2007 as a 25B Information Technology Specialist. In 2010 she was commissioned as a Second Lieutenant through the University of Nevada, Reno’s ROTC program. MAJ Orolfo served as a traditional guardsman to the 422nd Expeditionary Signal Battalion as the HHD Commander, S1, and Operations Officer. As an Active Guard Reserve Officer, MAJ Orolfo was assigned to the NVARNG Recruiting and Retention Battalion and took on a multifaceted role as the Executive Officer, Resource Manager, Marketing and Advertising Officer, and Recruiter. MAJ Orolfo continued her career as the S3 and Executive Officer for the 421st Regiment Regional Training Institute and then as the Executive Officer to the Adjutant General of the Nevada National Guard.
