Prim-Schultz Hall was built in 2000, and it is adjacent to Patterson Hall. Within the residence hall there are 62 rooms. Rooms are double and triple occupancy with a creek or mountain view. All rooms are furnished with up to four beds (two bunk bed sets), two desks, two chairs, two dressers and two small drawer units.

All dorm residents have access to lounge and game rooms, wireless internet, vending machines, laundry machines, private bathrooms, lockers for extra storage, and personal mailbox.
