Eun Young Cho or "Choey," a visual artist currently based in the US and South Korea, presents Secret Echo, opening November 2, 2023. Cho is inspired by the in-betweenness of the constructed realities of language, and with painting, drawing, installation, and performance, she pursues a new means of translation by investigating the linguistic boundaries and divisions, traces of and inherent impossibility of translation, and how language can be both discrete and arbitrary.

Art of Looking with Kellly Chorpening explores the rural setting, where Kelly contemplates the difference between ‘landscape’ as an artistic genre, and the reality of the natural world in a climate emergency. In an age of the instantaneous mass-shared photograph, this slowed-down method of drawing serves to highlight the human capacity to notice and care, as we observe the forces and conditions that shape the world around us.
